Admissions Overview

Thank you for your interest in Ompee World School. We offer admissions to students of all age groups with a way to digital education.

We hope this section will help in answering your questions, talking you through the admissions process and enabling you to become better acquainted with our school and IB PYP programmes.

Admissions are currently open for Infants (Age 6 months+) to Class III (Age 7 years+) for the session starting April 2016. The admissions office at the school location is open all 7 days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We have limited seats in each year group, so please complete all formalities at the earliest.

Application & Documents

Parents are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the admission application form. Any such information would in fact help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.

Documents required while admission

1) Copy of Birth Certificate

2) Copy of the last report card ( applicable for grade II and above)

3) 2 passport size photographs of the child

4) One passport size photograph each of the parent

5) Signature of both the parents on the form


For Infants, Toddlers & Pre-Nursery


# Admission age –- 7+ months on 1st April for Infants.

# Admission age –- 1+ year on 1st April for Toddlers

# Admission age –- 2+ years on 1st April for Pre-Nursery.


For Nursery to Class-III


# Admission age –- 3+ years on 1st April for Nursery Class.

# Step 1 -- Students should fill registration form online on school website or offline at school admission office located in Sector-1, Manesar.

# Step 2 -- Written Test/Interview call will be made by head of admissions.

# Step 3 -- Shortlisted students will have to deposit annual fee within a week.

# Step 4 -- Admission will be cancelled if not followed step-3 & in that case admission will be granted to other student.

Grant of Admission


If the admission is granted School shall issue an Admission Acceptance Letter and Fee Proforma Invoice to the Parent/ Legal Guardian. Parents/ Legal Guardians are required to do the following within 15 days of date of Admission Acceptance Letter in order to confirm and reserve the space for their child/ward:

- Submit the duly signed duplicate copy of Admission Acceptance Letter

- Deposit Admission Fee and Refundable Security Deposit as detailed in the Fee Performa Invoice


Upon receiving the same in order the Admission Office shall intimate the Student's ID Number. This is a unique number allotted to a particular student and should be included in all communication made with school there from.


Depositing School Fee

School Fee as detailed in the Fee Structure can be deposited at the time of accepting the admission but not later than the dates indicated in the Fee Structure of the school. For further fee details you can refer 'Fee Payments' section.


Student Allotments

The Admission Office shall facilitate issuance/ allotment of the following for each student:


- Clan Allotment : Each student will be alloted with a specific clan categorized by our school management

- Class Allotment : Each student is part of a class group under a Class Incharge. The Class Incharge becomes the First and Primary contact for the Parent/ Guardian in the school

- Mobile Tablets : School management will provide mobile tabs to the parents with built in applications to track their kid's performance & other activities in school

- Access Cards : This is a very important asset for your child/ward's security. These access cards for every student shall be issued in every academic year(usually two weeks from the time the student joins the school).


Once the card has been received by the parent, it is the parent's responsibility to safeguard / report the loss of this card in writing to the Head of Admissions/School Principal.

The Access card must be presented, if asked for at the Security Gate of the school or bus stop.
